Do you own a restaurant? Are you planning on opening a restaurant? Do you want authentic Japanese ingredients and products specializing in ramen for your restaurant? Or are you just curious about the Japanese ramen industry? If you answered “YES” to any of these questions, then come join us in Austin, TX on October 9 & 10, 2017 (Mon & Tues) for the Ramen Expo USA! 

This is a business-to-business event, with an opportunity for the public to gain access into the Japanese ramen industry. There will be Japanese food distributors, including multiple manufacturers of noodles, gyoza, toppings, seasonings, sauces, soups, beverages, tableware, machinery, and many more! This event is aimed to help build future business opportunities for ramen industry companies from Japan, by introducing them to those who are already established in the United States, and to others who are looking to start.

If you are involved with the restaurant / catering industry as a distributor, owner, purchaser, member of the media, or a food blogger, please register on our registration / tickets page for your opportunity to attend both days for free. If you don’t fall under these parameters, don’t worry… you can still get in! Online pre-sale general admission tickets are now available on our registration / tickets page for $40 per day. At-the-door general admission tickets (if not sold out), will be $50 per day.
