Attendance at Session 1 of Getting Ahead with Business Model Canvas is required for registration for Session 2. Continue to learn a powerful, internationally-acclaimed tool to create a framework to invent, design, improve or pivot your business model.
At the Session 2 of the Business Model Canvas workshop (Value Proposition and Customers), you will focus in on the value-creation, external, customer-side of the model with emphasize on the value proposition. You will examine how your product or service solves your customers' problems or improves their situation, what specific benefits your solution delivers and why a customer should buy from you and not from the competition.
Speaker Name: Mercedes de Miranda
Mercedes will facilitate the workshops. She is an experienced business mentor who has worked with entrepreneurs from all over the world to start and grow their businesses. The Business Model Canvas is a tool she uses often with her mentees to work on business strategy and to focus the efforts of the entrepreneur. Mercedes’s background is in general management, business development, consulting and finance and she holds a MBA from the Wharton Business School. She has worked in both large and small businesses, where she thrived on creating new business opportunities. Mercedes has a passion for enabling others to achieve their goals.
